WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Course WSQ 食品安全和卫生课程

WSQ Food Hygiene course is conducted under a National Competency Standard by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) in Singapore.

WSQ食品安全和卫生课程是由(WDA)新加坡的劳工发展代办处所举办的全国能力标准为基础的课程。

The WSQ Food Hygiene Course is aim to impart all participants to have the knowledge and skills, in the food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures and able to raise the food hygiene standards and apply them to the workplace.

WSQ食品安全和卫生课程是针对于提高所有参加者在食物和饮料安全和卫生的知识和技能，同时把他们所学到的知识运用在工作场所上。

Course Modules 课程项目

• Maintain Personal Hygiene  保持个人卫生水准
• Maintain Food Preparation and Service Utensils and Equipment 
  保养食物配制和服务的器具和设备
• Prepare Food Safely  食品安全的准备
• Handle Food Safely  食品安全的处理
• Store Food Safely  食品安全的保存
• Maintain Food Preparation, service and storage areas  保养食物配制，保存和服务的场所

• All Professionals of the Food and Beverage Industry. 
  餐饮业的所有专业人士
• Employers who wish to update, upgrade and certify the food hygiene skills of employees.
  雇主为了提升和证明雇员的食品卫生技能而为他们报名来上这个课程的雇员
• Individuals who wish to work in or apply for NEA license to operate Food and Beverage business.
  为了申请NEA的执照后可在餐饮业工作或创业的自顾人士

Course Duration 课程期限
1 full day or 2 half days ( 7 hours training followed by a 1.5 hour assessment )
1天或2个半天 （7小时的训练，加1.5小时的评估）

Certification Awarded 证明奖状
Upon successful completion: Candidate will be awarded a WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) and are qualified to operate or work in the food and beverage industry.

在成功完成课程后：参加者将被授予达到WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) 的全国能力标准的声明和文凭，及可以申请合格经营餐饮业的能力执照或在餐饮业找工作。

The course is eligible for both SDF and SRP funding and WDA Funding for Hawkers / Hawker Assistants.
这个课程可以申请SDF和SRP的资助，还有叫卖小贩/叫卖小贩助理的WDA资助。
